My main interest and study have been in Fine Arts Painting. At one point in my career my paintings were getting very “fractured”. It was then suggested by one of my mentors that I “go with it,” which led me down my path to creating mosaics. I have continued to follow that path by establishing a successful Mosaic Garden Art business- “DeVere Mosaics”- that I operated with my husband for six years. More recently I demonstrated with my innovative mosaic techniques on National TV. I am a “working artist” continually creating products for sale in upscale stores, and one-of –a- kind art pieces for galleries.

Always keeping my fine arts background in mind, my work is imaginative, contemporary, and often has a sense of humor.
